Royal Case Company, Inc. and their respective subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively “ROYAL CASE” the “Company”, “we” “us” or “our”) respect your privacy and is committed to protecting your information. This Privacy Policy (the “Notice”) applies to our websites, including www.royalcase.com and any other website that links to this Notice (collectively “Site” or “Sites”), and other aspects of ROYAL CASE’s business operations and services.  

ROYAL CASE’s Sites and services, as a business-to-business manufacturer,  supplier, and operator , are primarily directed toward business customers, distributors, vendors, industry professionals, job applicants, and related commercial relationships.  ROYAL CASE’s business operations and services include interactions on our website, recruiting activities, trade show and industry event participation, business communications, customer and vendor relationships, marketing activities, and related services and activities (collectively, our “Service” or “Services”).  

Please read this Notice carefully to understand how your personal information is collected, used, shared and disclosed by the Company. By accessing and interacting with our Sites, you agree and consent to the terms contained in this Notice and ROYAL CASE’s TERMS AND CONDITIONS relating to use of the Sites.

‍Personal Information provided to us such as name, company affiliation, professional title, business and/or personal mailing address, email address, telephone number, and information submitted through contact forms, recruiting inquiries, quote requests, trade show interactions, and other commercial interactions.  

‍Other Personal and Profile Identifiers such as user/account name, account profiles, and other similar information such as your photograph if connected to information you provide and/or share.

‍Financial and Payment Information such as bank account/credit card number, ACH or wire payments, invoicing, and other financial and tax information in connection with orders, employment, or other business operations.

‍Government-issued identification numbers, such as a national identification numbers (e.g., Social Security Number, tax identification number, passport number), state or local identification number (e.g., driver’s license of state ID number), and an image of the relevant identification card.  

‍Demographic Information in connection with professional, recruiting, employment or business-related information voluntarily submitted in connection with applications, recruiting inquiries, commercial relationships and business interactions.  In the employment context, this may include data such as national origin, citizenship, veteran or military status, in each case subject to applicable laws. You may also choose to share with us any disabilities or other health-related restrictions in connection with employment opportunities.

‍HOW AND WHERE WE COLLECT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We may collect Personal Information through the following:

‍Online Services. We collect Personal Information, as described above, when you interact with our Services and Sites which may include, but are not limited to, searching for products manufactured and/or sold by ROYAL CASE, communicating with us, applying for a job, posting to social media pages, or participating in a survey.

‍Other Sites. We may use separate sites for the processing of applications, payments, and agreements to assist our customers. We may also receive information about you from third parties. For example, if you are on another website and you opt-in to receive information from us, that website will forward us your email address and other information about you so that we may contact you as requested and in accordance with applicable law.

‍Information we obtain from Social Media Platforms. We may maintain pages for ROYAL CASE on social media platforms, such as Meta/Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google, YouTube, Instagram, and other third party platforms. When you visit or interact with our pages on those platforms, the platform provider’s privacy policy will apply to your interactions and their collection, use and processing of your personal information. You or the platforms may provide us with information through the platform, and we will treat such information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you choose to visit the Sites through a social network or other third party platform, we may collect information about you from that platform or network. For example, this information may include your username, user ID, profile picture, cover photo, email address and other contact information, connections and your affiliations.  

‍Trade Shows and Events. We may collect Personal Information and business contact information and related communications during trade shows, conferences, demonstrations, networking activities, recruiting events, and other industry or business interactions.  

‍Information from Other Third Parties.  We may receive personal information about you from third-party sources. For example, a business partner may share your contact information with us if you have expressed interest in learning specifically about our products or Services, or the types of products or Services we offer. We may also obtain your personal information from other third parties, such as service providers you directly interact with, marketing partners, and publicly-available sources and data providers.

‍COOKIES AND ANALYTICAL TECHNOLOGIES We may use cookies, pixels, session replay, analytic tools, website diagnostic technologies, and other similar technologies to operate and improve our Sites, understand website traffic and usage patterns, evaluate the effectiveness of marketing and recruiting campaigns, facilitate communications, detect errors, improve functionality, and support business operations. The technologies utilized include the following: Google Analytics, Google Ads, GA4, Meta/Facebook Pixel, LinkedIn Insight, Microsoft Clarity, Klaviyo, Zoominfo, Netsuite and other similar analytic, marketing, CRM, and diagnostic tools or platforms to operate the Site and provide Services.  

Through the cookies and technologies identified above, we may collect data that generally does not reveal your specific identity or does not directly relate to an individual (collectively “Other Data”). Other Data includes:

Your browser or device. We may collect certain data through your browser or automatically through your device, such as your operating system name and version, device manufacturer and model, language, internet browser type and version, and the name and version of the online services you are using. We use this data to ensure that the online services function properly.

IP Address. We collect your Internet Protocol (IP) address which is a number that is automatically assigned to your computer whenever you are using the Internet. Web servers, the main computers that serve web pages, automatically identify your computer by its IP address. We may collect IP addresses for the purposes of system administration, rendering Services, gathering and analyzing information, creating a better experience for users, and auditing the use of our Sites. We may seek to link your IP address to your identity when we feel it is necessary to protect our Sites and other users from harm and to prevent misuse of the Site or in the event of suspected criminal misconduct.

Cookies. We collect Other Data from cookies, web beacons, and similar  technologies (collectively “Cookies”) for purposes of technical operation, functionality, advertising, and analytics. Cookies are generally pieces of data stored directly on your device or browser and may, in certain jurisdictions, be considered Personal Information. We also use third-party Cookies for our advertising and marketing efforts, to measure the success of our marketing campaigns, and to compile statistics about usage of the online services.

Some cookies are necessary for ROYAL CASE’s Site to function and cannot be switched off. ‍Operations and General Business: The activities associated with this purpose may include processing or communicating with customers about orders and payments, account review, promotions and marketing, and maintaining customer profiles/accounts.  Some of this information helps us better understand how we can help prospective and current customers. 

‍Marketing and Surveys: The activities associated with this purpose may include communicating with you about our marketing, honoring communication preferences, and data for advertisements for our products and Services, including recruiting efforts, trade show participation and announcements, industry updates, promotional events, and related communications.  We may send you ROYAL CASE marketing communications. You will have the ability to opt-out of our marketing and promotional communications as described. 

‍Security and Legal Obligations: The activities associated with this purpose may include detecting security incidents, protecting against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity. Other legal obligations include what we believe necessary or appropriate to comply with applicable laws, lawful requests, and legal processes, such as responding to subpoenas or requests from government authorities or others.

‍Business Transition: In the event ROYAL CASE goes through a business transition, such as a merger, being acquired by another company, or selling all or part of its assets, Personal Information may be transferred as part of that transition. By using our Site and providing your Personal Information, you consent to this transfer, provided use of the Personal Information will remain in accordance with the Notice in place at the time of the transfer.

ROYAL CASE takes reasonable technical and organizational measures to safeguard your Personal Information and Other Data. While the Company strives to protect your Personal Information and your privacy, we cannot guarantee the security of any Personal Information you disclose online and therefore you must be aware of this risk.

We limit access to Personal Information to those individuals and organizations who we believe reasonably need to receive such information to provide Services, or to whom the sharing of your information has been consented to, and we take precautions we deem reasonable to protect the security of users' Personal Information. However, as in many computer systems, internet use and software programs, unauthorized use, failure of hardware or software, etc. may be injurious to the confidentiality of users' Personal Information, notwithstanding the actions we take to prevent this.

Our Sites and Services are not directed at children. We do not collect or maintain information from those who we know are under 16. By using any of our sites, you represent that you are not under 16 years of age.  If we learn that we have collected personal information of a child without the consent of the child’s parent or guardian, we will delete it.
