Opt-out of other sales of personal data. You can opt out of other sales of your Personal Information. In addition, if you direct us not to sell your Personal Information, although there is no intent to sell your Personal Information, we will consider it a request pursuant to California’s “Shine the Light” law to stop sharing your Personal Information covered by that law with third parties for their direct marketing purposes.

How to exercise your rights
You may exercise your California privacy rights described above as follows:

Right to information, access, correct, and deletion. You can request to exercise your access and deletion rights by:
• Call us toll free at: 844.769.2538
• you can request access to your information here: Access Request
• you can request deletion of your information here: Deletion Request

Right to opt-out of the “sale” of your Personal Information. Like many companies, we may make certain Personal Information available to third parties under circumstances which might be deemed a “sale” under the CCPA.  While ROYAL CASE does not “sell” Personal Information in the traditional sense for monetary consideration, certain uses of cookies, analytics, advertising, and similar technologies may constitute or be treated as a “sale” or “sharing” under California law. Under the CCPA, beginning January 1, 2020, California residents have the right to opt-out of the sale of Personal Information about them or their household. However, these rights are not absolute and are subject to certain exemptions. In certain cases, we may decline your request as permitted by law. For more information about how we collect, use and share Personal Information of California residents in operating our business, and California residents’ rights under the CCPA with respect to that Personal Information, please review our Privacy Policy.

If you would like to opt-out of the sale of your personal information, if any, you or your authorized agent or representative may contact us via this online form, or call us at Toll-Free Number:  844.769.2538. Please note that we may need to confirm your identity or California residency to process your request.

Right to opt-out of the “sharing” of your Personal Information. We use services that help deliver interest-based ads to you as described in our Privacy Policy. The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), classifies our use of these services as the “sharing” of your personal information with the partners that help to provide these advertising services to us (i.e., our “advertising partners”).  You can request to opt-out of the “sharing” of your personal information here: Do Not Share My Personal Information. You may also opt out by using an opt- out preference signal, such as the Global Privacy Control (GPC) on your browser. To download and use a browser supporting the GPC, you may click here. If you choose the GPC signal, you will need to turn it on for each supported browser or browser extension you use.

Verification of Identity; Authorized Agents. We will need to confirm your identity and California residency to process your requests to exercise your information, access or deletion rights. We cannot process your request if you do not provide us with sufficient detail to allow us to verify your identity and understand and respond to the request. A California resident can empower an “authorized agent” to submit requests on his/her behalf. We will require the authorized agent to have a written authorization confirming that authority.  Please note that the CCPA limits these rights by, for example, prohibiting us from providing certain sensitive information in response to an access request and limiting the circumstances in which we must comply with a deletion request. If we deny your request, we will communicate our decision to you.
